Lincoln Community and Residents Association Incorporated is a non-profit, community-led organisation representing the interests of residents in the township of Lincoln, Selwyn District. We are made up of local volunteers who care deeply about the wellbeing, development, and future of our community.
Founded on the principles of inclusivity, transparency, and constructive dialogue, our association exists to give residents a strong, unified voice on local matters that impact everyday life.
As a Residents’ Association, we work on a range of initiatives to support and enhance our community, including:
We represent community views to Selwyn District Council and other authorities, submitting feedback on policies, planning decisions, and infrastructure while advocating for improved services and sustainable development.
We host public meetings, forums, and events to encourage discussion and community input, facilitating communication between residents and local government through newsletters, social media, and local networks.
We support projects that enhance our parks, walkways, cycle paths, and green spaces while promoting smart, sustainable growth that maintains Lincoln's unique rural-urban character.
