We are a highly active, community-led charitable organisation dedicated to bringing support, connection, and essential services to residents across the Lincoln township and our surrounding rural districts. Our mission is simple: to ensure nobody in our community feels isolated, unsupported, or left behind.

Whether you are looking for assistance for yourself, a family member, or you simply want to give back to the neighbourhood, we offer a safe, welcoming space and practical help right when you need it.

How We Support Our Community

• Tuesday Friendship Club: Loneliness shouldn't be a part of growing older. Our popular weekly friendship club offers isolated elderly residents a wonderful day out filled with companionship, lighthearted activities, morning tea, lunch, and regular local outings.
• Meals on Wheels: For locals who find it difficult to cook for themselves due to age, illness, or recovery, our wonderful team of volunteer drivers delivers nutritious, hot, and frozen meals straight to your door.
• Mobility Equipment Hire: Accidents and surgeries happen. We provide a vital short and long-term hire service for essential mobility equipment—including wheelchairs, crutches, walking frames, and more—all at incredibly modest, accessible rates.
